- Role elevation to creator is subject to review and approval.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Engaxe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transcode, cache, and deliver that content solely to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use

6. Creator payouts
Creators receive revenue share per the payout schedule in the creator ledger. Engaxe may withhold payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations pending review.

You may delete your account at any time. Engaxe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice for severe violations. Soft-deleted workspaces enter an admin review queue before permanent deletion.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your billing address, or Singapore by default, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
12. Changes
Material changes will prompt a notice in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
